🛒 ORDERS & PAYMENT

Q: How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections at www.merifitus.com, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at info@merifitus.com with your order number.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

Q: Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.


📦 SHIPPING

Q: Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Q: How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping (2–4 business days) is available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Q: How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Q: My package hasn't arrived. What should I do? If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@merifitus.com with your order number and we will investigate right away.


🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return? Email us at info@merifitus.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@merifitus.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
