REFUND POLICY

At MERIFIT®, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@merifitus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
