SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@merifitus.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
